摘要

众多研究表明早产儿成年后罹患高血压的风险增加。早产儿血压在出生时较足月儿低，但增长速率比足月儿快，在成年期甚至儿童，青少年期早产儿的血压有较大可能高于足月儿，从而增加了罹患高血压风险，其中的原因和机制较为复杂。现对早产儿的血压特点及变化规律、早产儿高血压的定义以及其导致高血压患病风险增高的机制和影响因素的研究现状进行综述。.
