Both the original Plain Language Summary and the Mandarin translation of the Plain Language Summary have been withdrawn. The Plain Language Summary incorrectly attributed authorship to the authors of the original article S. Polubothu N. McGuire L. Al‐Olabi, et al. The Plain Language Summary was written by a BJD in‐house dermatologist and not the authors. The authors of the original article were inserted to establish a link to the paper, and not to attribute authorship of the Plain Language Summary. The Plain Language Summary has now been withdrawn and replaced with a version provided by the authors. We apologise for this error, and have since changed the way our Plain Language Summaries are written and attributed.
