心理护理对于卵巢癌术后化疗患者不良情绪及 免疫功能的影响

Objective: To explore the effects of psychological nursing on negative emotion and immune function of ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. Methods: 68 ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2014 to May 2016 were selected，the patients were divided into psychological nursing(n=34) and routine nursing group(n=34) randomly. The SDS，SAS，CD3 and CD4 of the two groups were observed and analyzed before the fourth period of chemotherapy. Results: The SDS and SAS in psychological nursing group were lower than routine nursing group( P <0.05).The CD3，CD4 in psychological nursing group were higher than routine nursing group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing can improve the negative emotion and immune function of ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.
