[Adrenoceptors in lacrimal glands of mice (author's transl)].
摘要
Effects of adrenaline, noradrenaline, phenylephrine and isoprenaline on the lacrimal secretion were determined in conscious mice and in anesthetized and atropinized rats. All drugs except isoprenaline (10 mg/kg) caused an increase of lacrimal secretion in mice. The lacrimation in mice induced by adrenergic drugs was inhibited by pretreatment with phentolamine (5 mg/kg, ip), but not by propranolol (10 mg/kg, ip). The results suggest the presence of alpha-adrenoceptor in the mouse lacrimal gland.
