摘要

It is analyticaliy shown that a wind-wave frequency spectrum normalized with the zero order moment m0 and peak frequency ω0 can be given in a general form in terms of two known spectra corresponding to particular states of wave growth. Spectra for fully developed and very young waves have been constructed and substituted in the general form to get the specific form of spectrum. The resulted spectrum contains the ratio R=ω/ω0 as a parameter, 55 being the average frequency. The ratio R can be replaced by a peakness factor P=ω0S(ω0)/m0 introduced by the authors previously, S(ω0) being the peak spectral value. Spectra here obtained are to be compared with existing ones and observations in the second part of the paper.
