摘要
On the basis of molecular recognition, a series of proline hydrazide derived organocatalysts have been designed and synthesized. They have been effectively used in the direct aldol reaction between acetone and α-keto acid, which afforded α-hydroxyl carboxylic acids with a tertiary stereogenic center in excellent yields (up to 99% yield) and high enantioselectivities (up to 90% ee).
