摘要

Objective To discuss the role of antiviral treatment in hepatitis related recurrence of liver cancer. Methods 85 cases of hepatitisrelated liver cancer patients which accepted the prospective study were divided into observation group and control group. The two groups of patients were all accepted hepatic curative resection treatment. 45 cases in observation group accepted antiviral therapy, while 40 cases in control group accepted conventional treatment. Serum HBV-DNA were detected by ELISA,HBe Ag were detected by immunohistochemistry. Follow-up of 5 years, free survival rate which analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method and recurrence rate were compared between two groups. The correlation beween HBV-DNA in serum and survival time were analysed by Spearmen method. Results All cases received follow-up,66 patients relapsed which accounted for 77. 65%,58 patients died which accounted for 68. 24%. The recurrence rate of observation group which was 60%,it was lower than control group( 97. 5%). The average survival time and the 1-,3-and 5-year recurrence disease free survival rates of observation group was significantly higher than control group( P 0. 05). Serum HBV-DNA of observation group which was( 0. 0085 ± 0. 0021) × 105 copies / m L was significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05). By Spearmen method, histological HBV-DNA expression and patient survival time had positively correlation( r = 0. 546,P 0. 05). Conclusion Anti-viral therapy after hepatic curative resection treatment can reduce the recurrence rate, reduce the serum HBV-DNA,improve disease-free survival time. The liver cancer patients with high levels of HBV-DNA replication should be combined with antiretroviral therapy as soon as possible.
