Finite Element Numerical Simulation on Thermal Stress Distribution of LNG Pipeline
摘要
The insulation structure of LNG pipeline was introduced as well as calculation of insulating layer thickness by surface temperature method.The finite analysis software was used to calculate static temperature distribution and thermal stress distribution of LNG cryogenic long-distance pipeline.Calculation results show that: the maximal thermal stress happens at the interface of the pipeline and insulation;the thermal stress decreases with increase of the insulation radius.
