摘要
The discovery course of a metal element-molybdenum and its industry developing history were narated in detail.According to its physical and chemical properties,molybdenum traditional applications in industry fields,such as iron and steel,petroleum and chemistry,nonferrous metals,were described.The irreplaceable and special roles of molybdenum in the fields of lubrication,organism,agriculture,medical treatment were revealed.Finally molybdenum emerging applications in the fields of displays,solar cells,sensors,light-emitting materials were explored.
