[Immunohistochemistry of Helicobacter pylori in primary liver carcinoma tissues].
摘要
Objective To detect the infection of H. pylori in liver specimens.Methods Liver samples from 38 patients with primary liver carcinoma diagnosed by histopathology,15 with liver cirrhosis, and 15 with nonmalignant neoplasm as controls were studied. The immunohistochemical staining for H. pylori was performed. Results H. pylori was detected in 16 of the 38 liver samples (42%) of hepatocellular carcinoma, while no bacteria were found in nonmalignant liver tissues. Conclusion H. pylori may present in tissues of primary liver carcinoma and it is probably linked to carcinogenesis of liver cancer.
