Mn+Cu-Alloyed Bainite Low Carbon Ductile Iron
摘要
The Mn+Cu-alloyed bainite low carbon ductile iron was investigated.The mechanical properties of bainite low carbon ductile irons with different Mn and Cu contents were measured,and their microstructures were analyzed.The result showed that,by adding up to 0.8% w(Mn)and up to 1.0% w(Cu)and adopting proper isothermal quenching process,it is possible to obtain relatively high mechanical properties.
