Analysis of Affecting Factors on Trapping Dendroctonus valens

摘要

The factors affecting the trapping effect of the red turpentine beetle,Dendroctonus valens,were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that factors including the pheromone prescription and its releasing rate,the distance,and the surroundings,had obvious effects on the attractant of red turpentine beetle.Trappers should be set at open area with warm and dry soil,10m outside the forest,and close to insects.The suitable distance between trappers was 100m.The appropriate releasing rate of the pheromone prescription was 250~(350mg) per day.
