THE POSSIBILITY OF REFLECTANCE OF AMOR-PHINITE(MICRINITE)AS A MATURE LEVEL PARAMETER OF SOURCE ROCKS
摘要
The problem is not yet solved of the evaluation of mature level of oil source rocks.It may be very difficult for the conventional optical methods to determine the mature level of the excellent source rocks which are characterized by high maturity and containing scarce or no vitrinite or/and exinite.In this paper,the optical evolution patterns of several main kinds of amorphinite occurring in the source rocks of China are investigated by means of thermal-simulating test and it is found that their reflectance has a good relationship with vitrinite Rr and hydrocarbon-generating stages after high-mature stage.Combining the results of some natural geological sections,the authors set up a new optical mature parameter—the reflectance of amorphinite(micrinite).
