ERK5信号通路与肝星状细胞的活化、增殖
摘要
Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway in vivo as one important signal transduction system, which includes the sub-family of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1 / 2), p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38MAPK), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase 5 (ERK5). It has been reported, in the formation of liver fibrosis, hepatic stellate cells are the major effector cells. Hepatic stellate cell activation, proliferation, secretion of extracellular matrix, extracellular matrix deposition excessive liver fibrosis is the central link. This review will show briefly activating hepatic stellate cells association with liver fibrosis in ERK5 signaling pathway. It may provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical, which propose new ideas and methods in clinical practice.
