银包金纳米棒的形成及维生素C的局域等离子体共振吸收位移测定法

摘要

A fast, simple and reliable method for the detection of vitamin C by employing gold nonorods as the sensing platform is proposed on the basis of the shift of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) absorption of gold nanorods resulting from the formation of Au@Ag core/shell nanorods. Under optimum conditions, LSPR gets shifts with the increase of vitamin C in the range of 0.25-10.0 μmol/L and the limit of detection (3σ) is 0.12 μmol/L. The developed method is successfully applied to the determination of vitamin C in troches with the recovery of 95.4%-106.0%, identical with the results measured with China Pharmacopeia.
