摘要

Dextran sulphate has been used as a new carrier for LRH in producing anantiserum showing considerable cross reactivity with carp hypothalamus extracts,thusrendering possible the working out of a procedure for the radioimmunoassay of theirLRH contents.Data for LRH in hypothalami collected in February and in October have beenfound to be significantly different.
