Analysis of Sequel for Serious Accident of LNG Vessel
摘要
By analyzing the serious harms for personnel,ships and public facilities caused by of LNG(liguefied natural gas) leakages due to LNG vessel accidents in operational processes,a flow chart of accident sequel is put forward.Based on this and Sandia National Laboratories′ studies,possible maximum damage sizes in conditions of different collisions and human errors are obtained,which offer a theoretical base for the calculation of LNG leakage amount.
