Attenuated intervention of Xiao'aiping capsules in PF regimen chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients

Objective To study attenuated intervention of Xiaoaiping capsules in PF regimen chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients.Methods From May 2011 to May 2014,by the research method of random,double-blind,positive-controlled,multi-center trial,92 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group. The patients of two groups received PF regimen chemotherapy for 2 cycles. The control group were given Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule on the basis of PF regimen chemotherapy,while the observation group were given Xiaoaiping capsules. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 78. 26%,which was higher than 43. 48% of control group( P 0. 01). The total efficiency of TCM syndromes of observation group was 86. 13%,which was higher than 54. 35% of control group( P 0. 01). After treatment,the improvement rate of observation group manual was 67. 39%,which was higher than 6. 52% of control group( P 0. 01). Increasing rate of body weight of observation group was 56. 52%,which was higher than 8. 70% of control group( P 0. 01). After treatment,Ig G,Ig M content of the observation group was higher than that of control group,respectively( P 0. 05). The incidence of each adverse reaction of observation group was lower than that of control group( P 0. 01). Conclusion Xiaoaiping capsules combined with PF regimen in the treatment of gastric cancer patients,can effectively alleviate the condition of patients,improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life and immune function,with good safety.
