Correct or standardized application of the biological indicator--Urinary Iodine
摘要
This paper summarized the real meaning and biological significance of Iodine and made a suggestion on correct or standardized application of this term.It is emphasized that the urinary iodine concentration in the casual urine samples with representation could be only used to evaluate the iodine nutritional status for the population,not for individuals.The discussion was focussed on how to apply the indicator of Urinary Iodine.
