QUALITY CONTROL ON THE AUSTENITIC-BAINITIC DUCTILE IRON GEAR
摘要
By reasonable casting, spheroidizing, in-oculating and heat treating processes to control cupola met-allurgy and the lipuid iron chemical compositions, a new kind of austenitic-bainitic ductile iron which can substitute for 20CrMnTi carburizing steel is studied. The gears made by the cast iron are high in quality, low in weight and the production cost is greatly reduced. The mechanical proper-ties of the gear, including wear resistance, fatigue resis-tance, durability and others, can be greatly improved.
