The PLC Control System of Vacuum Resin Shot Dosing Equipment
摘要
The principle and working process of Vacu um Resin Shot Dosing Equipment(VRSDE) are analyzed and the characteristics of IP 1612-220PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) are introduced briefly at first. Then the authors discuss the flow of program, the assignment of PLC I/O ports, t he wiring diagram, and the ladder logic program of the PLC control system of VRS DE in detail. Some application issues of the system are accounted for in additio n. Finally, according to the information acquired from users, the authors draw t he conclusion: this system owns a high reliability and availability and greatly improves the automatic degree of VRDE.
