Welding of 9%Ni Steel for LNG Storage Tank
摘要
This article described the details and the relevant technical requirements of two kinds of welding process tests on the construction of LNG storage tank with 22.1 mm wall thickness 9% Ni steel,the conventional mechanical properties functions of the welding joint was also tested and analyzed.For 22.1 mm 9%Ni steel the NYLOID2 Φ3.2 mm Lincoln welding electrode was used to carry out each layer welding or root welding with NYLOID2 Φ3.2 mm Lincoln welding electrode+the filling and cover welding with Lincoln LNS NiCro 60/20Φ1.6 mm wire matched with Lincoln flux P2000,these corresponding technical measures could be taken to obtain high-quality welding joint.
