同步荧光光谱法研究明胶蛋白质与铜 (II)的相互作用

摘要

Interaction of gelatin with Cu~(2+) ion was investigated by using the synchronous scan fluorescence spectroscopy. An equation for synchronous fluorescence quenching effect between gelatin and Cu~(2+) ion was introduced. The binding constant and number of binding sites were determined from the experimental data. The change of conformation of gelatin with the addition of Cu~(2+) ion was discussed. The reasonable result were obtained.
