古代彩绘颜料胶结材料MALDI-TOF-MS分析表征(Ⅰ)
摘要
The egg proteinaceous used as the binding media of polychromy was investigated by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) in this paper. The sample pre-tretment and determination conditions for the proteinaceous extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis and peptide analysis were optimized. The "peptide mass fingerprint" of the egg proteinaceous model samples was analyzed and characterized. The binding media of polychromy for the Qin Shihuang's terracotta army was identified by comparing the "peptide mass fingerprint" obtained from the real sample with those of egg proteinaceous model sample. The results prove that egg proteinaceous was not used as the binding media of polychromy for the terracotta army of Qin Shihuang. It is importance to identify and determine the binding media of polychromy for conservation and restoration of polychrome cultural heritage.
