微纳电子学科/产业发展历史及规律
摘要
This article studies the process and the law of development of the agricultural society, industrial society and information society from the view of history and macro angle. It analyzes the micro-nano electronics subject and the law of industrial development from the aspects of integrated circuit technology, products, market,industrial structures, industrial investment, etc. It also introduces the development trend of micro-nano electronics technology in many elds. Under the background that information industry has become the main driver in today's economy, the article interprets China's integrated circuit discipline and the history and current status of industrial development in the current complex international competition environment. On that basis, it proposes measures for future development of China's integrated circuit industry.
