石墨烯/三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的层状自组装及性能

摘要

The environment friendly and conductive graphene/melamine formaldehyde resin (GE/MF) nanocomposites were prepared via <italic>in situ</italic> polymerization by graphene oxide (GO), melamine and formaldehyde. Their structures and morphologies were characterized by Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy (Raman), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The conductivity and thermal stability of GE/MF nanocomposites were measured through high resistance meter and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). Moreover, formaldehyde content of these composites were measured. The results showed that GE/MF nanocomposites with sandwich structure were fabricated through layer-by-layer self-assembly of GO with melamine formaldehyde resin. GO were reduced by hydrazine, meanwhile, free formaldehyde content of nanocomposites were decreased obviously. The introduction of graphene significantly improved the conductivity and thermal stability of GE/MF nanocomposites.
