右肾上腺皮质癌1例报道并文献复习
摘要
Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of adrenocortical carcinoma ( ACC) to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods: Clinical data of one patient with ACC with metastasis in our hospital through pathologic diagnosis was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The patient was admitted for cough and expectoration.CT scan showed space-occupying lesionin right lower lung. Further revealed much viscera metastasis and pathologic examination by consultation implied epithelial malignancies. Neuroendocrine cause was considered when combined with immunohistostaining examination. pathologic examination confirmed ACC. Conclusion: Adrenocortical carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor, which is prone to metastasis and difficultly to be confirmed with short disease course, quick growth velocity, strong invasion and poor prognosis. Early diagnosis and surgical ablation are the key to the treat the disease, Surgery is the only effective treatment.
