微化工技术专题微流控技术操控微尺度液滴及其聚并的研究进展

摘要

Microfluidic techniques provide an innovative platform for fabrication and precise manipulation of droplets at the microscale level, and have revolutionized a myriad of microfluid-based technologies and researches. Here we summarize the latest significant advances in complex droplet fabrication and droplet coalescence. Particularly, droplet behaviors controlled through adjusting interfacial tensions of the liquid system are introduced, such as generation of multiple emulsions, drop pairing and drop coalescence. Furthermore, the prospective to the development and potential applications in this field are envisaged and discussed.
