实时直接分析质谱新技术及其应用

摘要

With the advantages of simple sample preparation, direct and in situ analysis, the study on ambient ionization methods and their applications has become a hot research area in mass spectrometry (MS). As a frequently-used ambient ion source, Direct Analysis in Real Time (DART) has attracted more and more attention in many different fields, such as food safety, environment protection, explosive detection, biological and pharmaceutical research. Based on the brief introduction of ambient ionization and the principle of DART and its applications, this review mainly address the DART related new techniques and their applications reported by Chinese scientists, including the improvement of the DART, coupling techniques, as well as typical applications in various research field.
