中国公共数据库数据质量控制模型体系及实证
摘要
The dimensions of data quality of public database were determined, based on discussing the properties of public database and the characteristics of data manufacturing process to public database. The new concepts of non-technical data cleaning and data check were presented for public database as special communal product, and the variable weight synthesis model was set to evaluate data quality. The procedure of quality control in data manufacturing process was designed by computer network technology and modeling game theory, to suggest a policy for the operation of public database in China. As an example, the programming to the quality and technology supervision database was presented to control the data manufacturing.
