纳米切削机理及其研究进展
摘要
Nanometric cutting is one of the most important processes for nano-precision manufacturing, which is especially for machining intricate surfaces with nanometer-scale roughness and sub-micrometer or even nanometer form accuracy. It has potentially found wide applications and has an excellent perspective in future. Establishing the fundamental theory of nanometric cutting and developing the high-efficiency, low-damage and controllable nanometric cutting technologies are of great significance in the development of advanced manufacturing industry. In this review article, the progress of studying the mechanism of nanometric cutting is presented from the following aspects: the main methods for studying the nanometric cutting mechanism, nanometric cutting model, minimum achievable chip thickness, basic theory and key technologies of nanometric cutting on typical materials. The challenges and future development of the nanometric cutting mechanism study are also discussed.
