虚拟现实增强技术综述

摘要

With the rapid development of computer 3D processing capacity and the emergence of low-cost sensors, virtual reality (VR) has advanced quickly in recent years, especially in combination with real-world technologies. Such combination, sometimes also noted as mixed reality (MR), mainly includes two directions, augmented virtual environment (AVE) and augmented reality (AR). This paper summarizes AVE and AR trends, illustrates their technical characteristics, and introduces related hardware development. Then, the state-of-the- art technology development for both AR and AVE are surveyed. The technologies and Applications related to AR/AVE in mobile Internet are also introduced. In addition, the paper introduces the current status of relevant international standard drafting from one of the authors' participation in ISO/IEC activities. Finally, the paper concludes by presenting some future problems.
