国产氯吡格雷与阿司匹林治疗稳定型冠心病的前瞻性临床随机对照试验
摘要
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel and aspirin therapy with stable coronary heart disease, to provide reliable clinical evidence in patients with stable coronary artery disease and to improve their life quality. Methods: 120 patients with stable coronary artery disease were randomly assigned to clopidogrel and aspirin group , of 60 patients were given blood pressure, lipid, blood sugar control conventional drug therapy and anti-myocardial ischemia. On this basis, the two groups were given clopidogrel and aspirin therapy. Compare the records of all patients before and after treatment platelet aggregation rate (PAR) between the treatment groups and; disease progression (death, deterioration of unstable angina, myocardial infarction), angina and ECG assessment of clinical efficacy. H eart and kidney function, the number of neutropenia, incidence of bleeding (gastrointestinal, mucosal bleeding) and other adverse reactions of patients receiving the treatment were also compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, both groups of patients with PAR 28 d were significantly lower, statistically significant changes ( P <0.05), PAR patients in the clopidogrel group was significantly lower than in the aspirin group ( P <0.05); within 28 d clopidogrel myocardial infarction incidence rate of 1.6% in the control group the incidence by 10% in the clopidogrel group total efficiency 95% in the aspirin group efficiency 83.3%, the total effective rate between the two groups were significantly different ( P <0.05), clinical efficacy of clopidogrel Gray group is higher than that of aspirin group; ECG in two groups of patients was statistically significant ( P <0.05), the improvement is more obvious in clopidogrel group. Conclusion: The efficacy of clopidogrel is superior to aspirin with stable coronary artery disease , as safe as aspirin , and worthy of promotion. promotion.
