Angiodysplasia of the Colon

摘要

Angiodysplasia of the colon is an important cause of lower GI bleeding. With increase popularity of the colonoscopic examination, more of this hind vascular lesion was detected. It provides a chance of diagnosis and treatment at same time. Some cases of angiodysplasia without bleeding history were detected endoscopically after more awareness of their endoscopic picture. Thirteen cases of angiodysplasia were diagnosed by colonoscopy. Their clinical presentation and management were discussed.
