Highly Oxygenated Triterpeneoids from Pittosporum Tobira Ait.
摘要
The 500% ethyl alcoholic extracts of the stem and leaf of Pittosporum tobira AIT. (Pittosporaceae) were subjected to separation with column and droplet countercurrent chromatography, respectively. Five different solid compounds were isolated. Through experiments of physical, chemical, and spectral characterizations and by comparison with authentic samples of the corresponding compounds, these compounds were identified as 21s-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol (1) and 21β, 22β-diO-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol (2) from leaves. From the stem we have a1so obtained 2, and a new 21s-Oangeloy1- R1-barrigenol-3s-O-s-D-arabinopyranoside (3), glycoside of 21β, 22α-di-O-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol (Mwt. 1552) (4) as well as conifery1aldehyde (5). But the exact structure of 4 remains to be determined.
