Mycobacterium Marinum Tenosynovitis
摘要
Mycobacterium marinum usually causes cutaneous lesions because it grows well only at 28~32℃. Once it invades deeper structures, it is more destructive and drug therapies only could be not enough. We report a case of Mycobacterium marinum tenosynovitis of righy middle finger that was treated with a combination of tenosynovectomy and antimycobacterial chemotherpay. The drug therapy was continued for one and half years. The infection was well controlled and the wound healed completely. The hand recovered satisfactorily after tenolysis and pullies reconstruction.
