Fibroepithelioma of Pinkus-A Case Report-
摘要
An 81-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic, flesh-colored, slightly lobulated, pedunculated tumor on the left thigh for 2 years. Histopathological examination reveled anastomosing cords of basaloid cells with peripheral palisading embedded in a delicate fibrous stroma. Some clefts between aggregations of the basaloid cells and adjacent stroma were also noted. Furthermore, focal follicular cyst and trichoblastoma-like structures were noted. According to these findings, fibroepithelioma of Pinkus associated with follicular differentiation is diagnosed. We herein report this unusual case and review the literature.
