加强公共卫生工作是保障人体健康必要的价值取向

Public health a concern to everyone, however, some issues on the public health are yet the global problems. For a long period, the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China and the World Health Organization (WHO) have always been paying much attention to the public health service and showing much concern for the people’s life and health. At the same time, they made great claims and expectations upon the human health quality. WHO defined health as “ a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity ” . It is also carries the meaning that ones used to describe “ psychosomatic health” . To have good psychosomatic health, we must strengthen the research, administration and service on the public health work. This article mainly discusses the present situations, issues and harmfulness that existed in the field of the public health, and puts forward the author’s personal opinions on some unhealthy lifestyles and how to strengthen the public health work .
