超声雾化对重症肌无力气管切开患者的护理影响

Objective: To understand the influence of old and new methods of nursing care in patients with myasthenia gravis disease of incision of trachea. Methods: The patients from 2010 to 2011 were enrolled as the control group, with the implementation of routine care plan, and which from 2012 to 2013 were as the experimental group, and 4 times a day with ultrasonic atomization based on conventional nursing plan, and observed the complications, sputum suction and extubation time. Results : The experimental group in the mucosal injury, pulmonary atelectasis, sputum suction interval times of sputum absorption and extubation time, all had statistical difference with control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The new nursing method of ultrasonic atomization has obvious significance and important value in promoting the recovery of the patients and shortening the course of disease.
