门诊抗菌药物的不合理应用及干预措施
摘要
Objective :To evaluate the state of the application of antibiotics in the outpatient prescription for seeking the facts of the irrational of application of antibiotics and take the relevant intervention measures. Methods : Cases of prescriptions from Jan to Dec,2013 were investigated. The rates of use antibiotics were recorded, and the irrational application of outpatient prescription antibiotics was analyzed. Results : The utilization rate of the outpatient prescription antibiotics was 43%, and the irrational usage rate was 5%, which mainly showed in using antibiotics without symptom; irrational usage and dose, irrational combined application of drugs and etc. Conclusion : Appropriate measures should be taken in the irrational use of drugs to ensure the safety of drug application for patients.
