Cystic Lymphangioma in the Pelvic Cavity
摘要
A lympyangioma is rare benign tumor of the lymphatic tissue, most common in the neck and head, which clinically manifests itself mainly in childhood. Lymphangiomas are self-limited disorders that usually resolve spontaneously. However, a pelvic lymphangioma may require surgical treatment if it becomes symptomatic. We present a very rare case of cystic lymphangioma in the pelvic cavith with a discussion of its natural history and treatment.
