A NMOS First-order All-pass Filter

摘要

In this paper, a new first-order all-pass filter is presented. The proposed configuration employs only four NMOS transistors, two diodes, two resistors and one grounded capacitor. The use of grounded capacitor makes the proposed circuit suitable for integrated circuit implementation. PSPICE simulations that verify the theoretical analyses are also included.
