Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Urinary Bladder

摘要

We report a case of primary malignant melanoma of the urinary bladder in a 73 y/o patient. Exhaustive evaluation to exclude of other sites of melanoma and careful histologic examination of the specimen confirmed the primary character of this lesion. He accepted transurethral resection of the tumor several times and has been followed up 16 months after diagnosis.
