肠道菌群生态失衡与肠易激综合征

摘要

The pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is still unclear. It may be associated with various factors. The patients suffered from IBS have intestinal flora ecological imbalance. There have been suggestions that intestinal flora ecological imbalance is associated with the pathogenesis of IBS since 1980s. Post-infective IBS (PI-IBS) has been proposed in recent years. It has obtained remarkable effect on restoring normal intestinal microbiota. So, intestinal microbiota shows a critical role in the pathogenesis of IBS. This paper reviews the relationship of intestinal flora ecological imbalance with IBS and the treatment progress of IBS.
