摘要

Background and Purpose: We reviewed commonly used laparoscopic techniques for vesicoureteral reflux to validate their safety and efficacy. Methods: We reviewed all laparoscopically corrected vesicoureteral reflux cases that were found from a search of Medline between 1993 and March 2007. In total, 11 series were eligible for analysis. The most commonly used laparoscopic techniques were laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir reimplantation (either transperitoneally or extraperitoneally) and laparoscopic transvesical Cohen reimplantation. Endoscopic transvesical trigonoplasty was used in only 1 series. Results: In total, 201 renal units were eligible for analysis. The mean follow-up period ranged 2~27.6 months. The mean operative time of unilateral cases of both the laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir and Cohen techniques was around 2 hours in series after 2004. The overall complete resolution rates of laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir and Cohen reimplantations exceeded 90% (range, 67%~100%). Postoperative complications and morbidity were minimal. Conclusions: Our review revealed that the laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir and Cohen reimplantation methods were safe and effective alternatives to open antireflux surgery.
