Modified Facelift Incision Approach in Benign Tumor of Infraauricular Region-A Case Report

摘要

The standard external bayonet-shaped incision (Blair incision) approach is generally used for tumors of the parotid gland and periauricular area. The conspicuous cervical scar always distresses the patient. To improve the scar appearance, facelift incision has been conducted for years. However, many surgeons remain concerned about the adequacy of exposure. Therefore, we demonstrated a modified facelift incision which provides a good surgical field for tumor excision with a satisfactory aesthetic outcome.
