人口結構變動對人力資源、經濟成長與社會福利配置之影響：以中國大陸為例
摘要
Since the open policy was put into practice in 1990s, the economic power of China has become stronger, and the industry of every aspect has become rapidly developed. In the beginning, the development was concentrated on the substantive subjects such as agriculture, industry, technology, and national defense, etc. How will the allocation of resources develop in the future? This study is based on the theory of national development, from which system dynamics is applied to build a dynamic pattern of various factors including population, economy and society. It provides the needs of observation and imitation for the situation of the future increase and ageing of population which will influence the distribution of human resources, and for the economical distribution which can satisfy people's requirements of social welfare, or otherwise push aside by the other requirements.
