Rectus Sheath Haematoma
摘要
Rectus sheath haematomas (RSH) are uncommon in that they may be mistaken for an acute intraabdominal condition. A correct diagnosis of RSH is rarely made because they are not often considered in the differential diagnosis. A high level of clinical suspicion is the key to making the correct diagnosis. Laboratory findings seldom help in the diagnosis. Ultrasonography and CT are the two modalities that are useful in confirming the diagnosis. Views differ in regard to the optium treatment. Most cases can be managed without surgery. We here described our experience in he diagnosis and management of RSH.
