志願「穿制服」通信達人軍旅生涯：軍事社會化歷程的經驗分析

The main purpose of this research is to probe into the progress of what signal corps experiences the military socialization. According to the qualitative study, it amplifies on individual emotions and sharing experiences; also, undergoing the course of total institution, professionals, and the attitude toward the career development. We can construct the movement of the course of military socialization with soldiers from three aspects. What we called movement means that the soldiers are undergoing the progress of metamorphosis during each phase. To sum up the results of the research, the progress of military socialization could be divided into three stages: (1) the socialization of general military education, including tied in ”total institution”、release in ”total institution”、powerful in ”total institution”. (2) specialized socialization, including pre-training stage、beginning stage、the earlier stage of metamorphosis、the later stage of metamorphosis. (3) the socialization of career development, including the preparation stage of career、the conflict stage of career、the growing up stage of career、the mature stage of career.
