跌倒坠床风险评估及护理措施在肿瘤住院患者临床护理中的应用

Objective: To investigate the effect of fall risk assessment and nursing management on inpatients with tumor.Methods: Cases were collected from February 2012 to June 2014 in Southwest Hospital Tumor Ward and they had fall risk assessment and clinical nursing, adverse events of patient falls were observed.Make a comparison between these patients with those, from January 2010 to January 2012, that didn't receive fall risk assessment and clinical nursing.Results: 4 cases of accidental falls occurred in the control group, 3 being male and 1 female.The patients had scalp abrasions or limbs soft tissue contusion in different degree, causing pain and discomfort. 1 case of accidental falls occurred in observation group, not causing pain and discomfort.The effect of fall risk assessment and nursing management on inpatients with tumor is significant.Conclusion: The practical application of fall risk assessment and nursing management plays an important role in fall prevention of inpatients with tumor.
